First Christmas!

Warning: This post will be filled with lots of photos and not so many random thoughts & comments by me.
I will say this, for a First Christmas we would love a re-do. Tim got really sick, Cameron was teething like a maniac (see the drool-covered clothing in pictures below) and there were moments that I thought to myself, this isn't supposed to be the awe-inspired holiday I pictured in my head...but then I thought better of it. It's the Benton way and well, we make the best of every situation. So, although I'd love that do-over, I'll take the family togetherness with a sick Dad on the couch as I help Little B unwrap gifts and put every little thing in his mouth because that's what makes it feel better! We are lucky to have each other and no matter how un-Norman-Rockwell-ish our holiday might have been, we are blessed. There are families in Connecticut that were living a completely different holiday and I have lots to be thankful for...even if it's not picture perfect.

I'm a big boy and can do it myself.
